TWILIGHT
Alright, so all those other blogs were for a writing camp which is why they were... well camp-ish. but this one is independently me! I am now going to scream to you (metaphorically, of course) the wonders of Stephenie Meyer's series Twilight consisting of four books: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn. These books are the best books I've ever read, and I've read a lot of books. not only are they action, they are also romance and fantasy. And I'm not the only one to feel this way. Stop almost any teenage girl on the street and ask her if shes read the Twilight series and I almost guarantee she will stop and say yes and possibly freak out a little bit. the main idea behind the twilight books id that the main character, Bella, is in love with a vampire and gets in all kind of vampire-y trouble. i cant explain anymore, because I'm getting too worked up! but that's the main idea. any way, the movie is coming out on November 21st and i am so fricken excited! i already have my tickets! (if you haven't gotten this already, these books are huge! they are the teenage girl of Harry Potter and I'm absolutely sure that the movie will sell out on opening night and possibly one or two after that! I'm going to the midnight showing =)!!) anyway I'm almost afraid to go to the movie for fear that they screwed it up! I've seen all of the trailers and pictures, spending hours online looking for things like that, and they are just not getting Edward (the vampire lover) right! he is not nearly beautiful enough! and Jasper! well, Jasper's pretty good (Edward's brother) but jeez! and its all because they didn't do open casting, they did famous people only =( ... oh well, I'll survive; barley, but I'll do it because i will still have the books! anyway, the best are Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, but you CANNOT read them out of order, it would kill me! not if i read them out of order but if you, the reader, did! I'm good and dramatic like that. Anyway, if you have yet to read this magnificent series, GET ON IT! just saying... more later! On Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 11/12/2008 01:24:00 PM
